Projects included overseeing the construction of a $2.3 million housing development, reviewing claims and variations for a glazing contractor, and drafting asset management manuals for clients

· Liaised with a range of clients from several countries to agree on construction consultancy projects, fees, and timescales

· Prepared, evaluated, and responded to tender documents for housing development projects and managed the signing and implementation of all contracts with the successful bidders

· Managed the Electromechanical Projects Section of a $1 billion Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) project to rehabilitate, expand, and operate Queen Alia International Airport and build a new terminal building and oversaw the MEP works and IT systems of the EPC contractor to ensure they met the high standards of quality, security, and health and safety

· Evaluated and negotiated tender documents related to the fuel hydrant system and the telecommunication coverage both technically and financially and in accordance with the project and contractual requirements

· Was a part of the Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer Team (ORAT) and was responsible for coordinating between different teams and stakeholders to ensure successful and on time transfer to the new terminal building

· Managed the project of demolishing the old terminal building in accordance with the contractual and authority requirements

· Built and managed relationships with contractors to maximise their productivity and drive down costs

· Modified the project’s program dependencies which reduced the original project’s duration by 33 days

· Proposed a new commercial area which has been implemented and has increased the project’s operational revenue
